Noel Skiba is an award-winning Impressionistic painter and instructor, with a large selection of dynamic paintings. She has two studio locations on Mackinac Island – the main studio is located behind the Bay View B&B next to the marina. Her secondary studio is located on Mahoney Avenue, just off of Cadotte Avenue. Noel offers Art Experience classes upon request where you can paint outside on location in your own private class – perfect for families, couples, small groups and individuals.
