Watercolor Cafe: DIY Wood Sign

Design a wooden wall piece for your home with Kate and Janice from Ishpeming’s Re:Home. Choose from three design options: 1) Mackinac Island written over the state of Michigan shape, 2) Mackinac Island written over a horse and buggy, 3) a name or last name. All materials and guidance provided. Remember your trip to Mackinac Island or make a sign that pays homage to your family. What is more special than that?

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Re:Home in Ishpeming, Michigan was born out of Kate Lafave’s love for re-purposing, re-using, and re-decorating with old or unwanted items. With a little imagination, those items could become wanted and used again. Once she started getting more and more clients, it was time for help. Janice Chittle joined the team in the summer of 2018 and brings her own flavor and unique design to Re: Home. Together, Janice and Kate make a fun and dynamic team! Re: Home, also loves making signs and offering the opportunity to create something reminiscent of a special place or date in their lives.
