Patriot Day Service

This service will take place on the steps outside the Police Station on Market Street and will commemorate the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, D.C. American Legion Post 299, firefighters, police, emergency medical services, and Mackinac Marine Rescue will participate. Speakers will include Mayor Margaret Doud, American Legion Post Commander Sid DeHaan, American Legion Emeritus Commander Paul Wandrie, and Fire Chief Jason St. Onge.
