Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot

Join in the 12th Annual Mackinac Island Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day!
You can run or walk, in this non-timed 5k event that that starts at the corner of Fort & Main Streets, outside Doud’s Market. The route goes out past Devil’s Kitchen and brings you back to town for the finish line at the Mustang Lounge.
Participants can board the 8:30 am ferry in St. Ignace at the Mackinac Island Ferry Company dock, and in lieu of purchasing a ticket, donate 5 pieces of non-perishable food items. The return trip (the last trip of the day) is at 12:30 pm.
The Mustang Lounge will be open for beverage service only after the race, all proceeds will be donated to the Mackinac County Food Bank.
