BRAD DeROCHE – CLASSICAL GUITARIST ON MACKINAC ISLAND
Brad DeRoche has explored a wide variety of musical styles ranging from classical masterpieces to modern works by living composers. He is an active concert artist, appearing as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral soloist. He is also a recording artist for the Centaur Records label with Spanish Guitar Classics and the Complete Cello Suites of JS Bach as his first releases. He is passionate about the music of Bach and Spanish composers and often includes them in his concert programs.

THE WOODLAND’S ACTIVITY CENTER AT GRAND HOTEL
A curated version of the best the island has to offer, all in one place. For guests and visitors alike, The Woodlands brings to life the natural wonders and family-friendly activities that are already favorites of Mackinac Island. The Woodlands Activity Center includes a new suite of amenities and activities, including:
- Pickleball Court
- Bike course
- Bike rentals
- The Gem – 18 hole miniature golf
- Multi-sport half court
- Greenhouse with on-site Naturalist offering guided tours about the native flora on the island

CHAD’S WONDERFUL WINTER WALKING TOUR
Join local resident Chad Bennett on a wonderful winter walking tour. Each tour can be customized for various routes and abilities. Chad will share interesting and historic island facts while showing you places of interest on the island. Winter tours will be available November 1st – May 1st.
